GreenCityBlueLake reader Susan Miller reports that Cleveland Heights Mayor Ed Kelley will sign the Mayor’s Climate Change Agreement today.
The agreement calls for cities to come up with a plan to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions to 7 percent below 1990 levels by 2012.
